Having worked with Anthem to release the Value of Rail report in December 2017, KiwiRail wanted to leverage this success for its executive team, strengthening its presence among key stakeholders.

Anthem concepted a thought leadership event series led by KiwiRail executives to share knowledge with key stakeholders, inspire greater leadership and foster debate leading to improved collaboration for sustainable and inclusive growth in New Zealand. The first event, a business breakfast for 80 c-suite leaders from the transport,  focused on leaders’ roles in repurposing people for the future of work.

The event narrative focused on the growing need for organisations to balance people, planet and profit is placing new demands on leaders. ‘Purpose’ and ‘repurpose’ are key to a sustainable future, unlocking the potential for attracting capital, growing tomorrow’s workforce and delivering future-ready growth in New Zealand.

Anthem managed the event end-to-end, including briefing keynote speakers Hon Grant Robertson, Minister of Finance; Peter Reidy, CEO, KiwiRail; and Paul Ravlich, CEO, Siemens NZ. Anthem also managed the panel discussion moderated by Sinead Boucher, CEO, Stuff that included Simon Moutter, Managing Director, Spark NZ; Frances Valintine, Founder, The Mind Lab; and Sian Simpson, Director Community & Content, Kiwi Landing Pad.
