Anthem has assisted Stride in managing a consistent proactive and reactive communications strategy that keeps the local populace informed of progress with its shopping centres, maintains relationships with local and central government representatives with interests in the appropriate regions, and deals with daily issues faced by current mall tenants

We have helped Stride effectively manage a range of issues related to its large format retail assets. Anthem worked with Stride Property Fund to amplify and activate the openings of Stage 1 and 2 of the NorthWest Shopping Centre. We’ve also managed issues for them regarding Johnsonville and Queensgate Shopping Centres. We’ve managed everything from openings to community demand for refurbishment and advising the community around the rebuild and reopening of Queensgate post-earthquake.
